About Dr. Korff
My Approach
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I specialize in individual and couples therapy, offering support for a variety of psychological and emotional concerns. Whether you're grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family conflict, or navigating life transitions, I'm here to accompany you on your journey towards healing and growth.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in both short- and long-term models, though I believe long-term allows the time needed for deep exploration, which can yield true transformation and prosperity. I work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and couples, pulling from psychodynamic and relational modalities. I may also integrate relevant concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as behavioral and insight-oriented techniques in order to tailor our sessions to your unique needs.

Above all, I am a "regular person" who brings her authentic self into the room. I believe that genuine connection and empathy are foundational to the therapeutic process. Rather than positioning myself as the sole expert, I strive to create a collaborative and compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to enact meaningful change in your life.
