Couples seek therapy at many different stages of their relationship, not just when things feel hopeless. Relationships are intricate and ever-evolving, sometimes requiring additional support. Couples therapy provides a space where you can work towards strengthening or deepening existing connections, to repair troubled ones through conflict resolution and enhanced communication, or to separate well from those that have or are approaching their end.

 

With techniques rooted in the Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and other evidence-based approaches, couples therapy can help you foster a deeper understanding of each other, resolve disagreements, create a more satisfying and resilient partnership, or reinforce respect and appreciation for the relationship that was.
